Sandy Bay Holiday Park is situated in the beautiful coastal area around Northumberland and is owned by Park Resorts. At this holiday park you can bring your own touring caravan or hire one that is on the site. For here you can tour the area of Northumberland at your leisure or you can have a very relaxing time using the holiday park facilities that they have to offer. At the park there is free indoor heated swimming pool and have all day sports activities on offer and also excellent evening shows. The name of the bar and restaurant is called Boathouse Bar & Restaurant. This park has direct access to the beach where you can walk to dunes and also visit The Beach Club Bar throughout the day if you want to have a relaxing beer or wine.

With your caravan pitches the all have electric hook-up available and all the pitches are on grass. There is also a covered dishwashing area and a waste water disposal point and chemical toilet disposal point. You also as you would expect a fresh water tap for instant access to clean water. There is one point to highlight is Sandy Bay Holiday Park on accepts tourers and motorhomes, so if you are thinking about bring your converted van please don’t as this will bring disappointment.

Cost of the pitches at this park start at £7 and there are a total of 48 pitches available. The sizes of the pitches on offer are 6m x 6m. If you’re a pet lover you can bring your dog along, but there is a supplement between £1 - £3 per night. If you want to hire a caravan for a few days the prices start at £145 for three days, but there are times when special offers are available. All the caravan have the following items included in the price and have stylish fixtures & fittings, Bedroom heating, Flatscreen TV & DVD player and checking is now for 1.30 on the day of arrival.

There is also a supermarket onsite where you can pick up your everyday items. The park has Wi-Fi Access in certain areas around the park and there of course is a small charge applies for using this service. At the park there is also the traditional Amusements where you can play games and have a small flutter is that is your thing and also an adventure playground for your children if you have any.
